I love to bake! And Fall is the season for baking....I know, I know, it's not quite Fall yet. But, since the pumpkins have arrived....let the baking begin!!
This was the first time I made these cookies. And they were DELICIOUS!! Everyone liked them!
They're soft and moist and have a cream cheese glaze. They taste like little pumpkin pies with a treat on top.
The recipe came from my favorite cookbook: Passion for Baking
I haven't made a recipe I didn't like from this book.
Mmmmm.....for those who want the recipe, comment on this post, I'll send it to you ;)

Ok so it says Pumpkin Pocket Cookies... what's in the pocket? I mean really, it doesn't REALLY matter b/c they look amazing even with an empty pocket. I think we might need some of these Monday. What ya say?

I would say give me the recipe, but I am the ONLY one in this house that likes pumpkin. Sooooo...make them again on a Monday and bring me a couple on Tuesday. :)
