This pear tree has been in my neighbor's yard since we moved here, and yet this is the first year I've seen these beautiful blooms! It was the first sign of spring on our corner.
Unfortunately, the squirrels will get to the pears before we do....but at least I got to see the blooms this year!
Such pretty blossoms! I had no idea squirrells would eat pears...I guess it makes sense, they eat my hibiscus flowers, LOL. We have a pecan tree and aren't even left one good nut!
Though youths grow weary and tired, And vigorous young men stumble badly, Yet those who wait for the LORD Will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary.
